Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us at kss.contactpro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll handle the rest.

Return shipping costs are covered by KSS.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
